Poor Service

My account is completely up to date and yet it has not been updated with the credit bureau. I spent an entire afternoon trying to speak to someone in collections and was transferred from one person to another. I was promised a letter showing my account has a zero balance, which has still not been forthcoming. The staff are disorganised and rude. A very frustrating department to deal with
