Poor service
I have been a good client like many others, even though I felt on many occasions that the service rendered is slow. This time around it has reached new heights. I have app**** for a loan and everything was approved on Tuesday the 4th, today is the 11th & I still have not received the money. Always, the Customer agent answers the phone with such a confidence to tell me that there's delays & they can't give a time frame as to when the funds will be available & that they are using a new system they are not used to, ****". Poor, poor service delivery, definitely a no, no for an emergency.

11 Feb 2020, 10:17Hi, Getbucks contacted me shortly after I have raised my complaint with them. They explained and admitted to having delays. The Gentleman promised that by the end of business today, the 11th Jan 2020, the payment will be done. He promised to escalate the matter and constantly follow up. I hope that goes to others as well. I would like to say that I am pleased to have received the attention I needed & that the matter is being resolved. Thank you.
