Poor Service

App**** last week and Friday (27/07/2018) for a top up loan and till now process is still in verification. (Even though websites states that process with not take longer than an hour)

Called late Friday afternoon and asked agent if there was issues, the agent confirmed all is in place (documents was received) and a Sales representative will contact me than, but till now no calls received.

Getbucks needs to revise the promises they make on their website
