Poor service

<br> I've been waiting for a response to a loan application I made last week . I've been following up with GETBUCKS since last week Wednesday. Getbucks has the worst service ever. I've sent my documents numerous times but still there's no feedback. Last I checked I was chatting to someone on the live chat but it seems as if I'm not getting any help there too as one of the consultants left me hanging with no response.<br> <br> On the website they promote prompt response, which is a myth. I simply want a response ,approval or decline,I don't think that's too difficult. An application can't take more than a week now
