Poor poor poor service!
I am reading through the reviews on HelloPeter and this is just infuriating me. My loan was approved on the 5th of November 2020 today is the 23rd and I still haven't received any money. There are people on here that was approved on the 17th and received their money the day after. Why do I have to revert to this posting on HelloPeter before getting any answers? I check in everyday to get an update and everyday I get the same answer "we are offline waiting for feedback from our Finance Department" this is ridiculous how do you run a business like this? Nobody can give me any answers as to when I can expect the money? How on earth am I suppose to use you again if I have to wait a month to receive any money????
