Poor customer service

I app**** for a loan on the 5th of November didnt receive my money than decided to cancel it than I reapp**** on the 20th of November because I believe in giving people second chances but honestly speaking they fail to meet customer service because I'm still waiting even now I guess a leapard never changes its spots
