Poor Customer service
I app**** for a loan which was approved on Monday. I have not received my funds till now i have used your online chat and phoned in and I am told different stories. If you are unable to payout then don't offer the loans. This really is an inconvenience as I have an emergency and I am still waiting on the funds.
