Poor customer service

I had a microloan with GetBucks years ago, the account was paid up but still showing on my credit profile, I am unable to get any assistance from them whatsoever to get a paid up letter, this is very frustrating to hold on hours on hours and get sent pillar to post with their ****ty service! if I do not get assistance I will be taking this up with the relevant ombudsman.
