Poor Customer Service

I had a loan account with Getbucks and due to not being able to pay the normal installment,they handed my account to MacRobert Attorneys.Now that my account is paid up,no one is willing to give me a paid up letter.MacRobert Attorneys sent me the statement that shows that my account is paid in full and told me that I have to sent that statement to Getbucks in order to get a paid up letter. I sent that statement to ********** i don't know how many times and up until now no one is will to assist me.I need to update my credit profile as its still showing that I'm owing getbucks.My account was paid up last year in November.I'm so ****ed with the poor service from Getbucks sending me from pillar to post.
