Poor customer service

<p>I have been using Getbucks for some time now & I'm really FRUSTRATED with the service they giving me today. I always apply & within 15 minutes i have a response but today it's have been quiet even if when I chat online with the agent, they disappear leaving me with no answer. Not even a single I miss their & I'm not intending to do that. When I check my my account, there's an amount I qualify for even have an sms saying my trust level has been moved up. If ther's money i can apply for & my trust level moved up, why am I being ignored?</p>
