Poor communication and customer service

Your customer service is very poor. You don’t communicate with your customers and have made no effort to resolve your technical issues. My loan was approved two weeks ago and I keep on getting told that your finance department is having technical issues. You guys only provide generic responses and your employees are rude to customers on the phone. This by far is the worst service I have ever received
