Poor communication

I have been in debt review for about two years and I have been asking for settling letter without luck. I therefore increased my repayments through debt counseling. Two months ago I visited Getbucks offices in Pretoria east and request for settlement letter which I got. So according to the statement I received my account should be settled by 22nd of August 2017 and it is now in surplus. At the office i was given an email to use when I settle my account for paid up letter. I sent them email about two weeks ago with no response .

Hence this customer service is bad.
