PLEASE UPDATE on itc as account is closed and paid

firstly I had a problem with sorting out my payment issue now I though you had updated on the ITC considering that I paid 30/11/2015, printed my credit report and I cannot get credit as get bucks says I owe them 6050 and my instalment is R2765.00 and that my loan is still active that is not true. I am done paying you guys and I need you to sort this out TODAY<br> <br> this is a huge setback as I app**** for a loan yesterday at a bank and was told I couldn't afford as I owed getbucks
