Please update my ITC & Payment accordingly

Sometime last month i called getbucks and ask the to update my payments accordingly since i had 2 months loan and both my payments were never updated. Today i checked and found it states I still have active loan of R6200 whichis still outstanding. Currently I only have an active loan of R4850 which is the 1 month loan. You are affecting my ability to gain credit, due to affordability. Please update ITC records as being paid up as it is unacceptable. That loan was paid back in full.
