Payout not coming through

It looks like payout is a big problem with Get bucks, I am suffering the same it's been more than a week already. N all I'm hearing is,we currently have an issue with payouts, which I don't understand if they work with loans such should never be a problem their experience for over a week. I'm really disappointed
