Payout-never
I app**** for a loan with Getbucks on the 02 Feb 2019. I was advised on the 04 Feb 2019 the money will be transferred to my bank account. But it`s been more than 96 hrs , the money has not reflected in my account. I`ve raised the issue with your online consultants everyday since Monday, all they tell me is that they encountered a technical glitch or they waiting for feedback from the account department . This is the response I got everyday since Monday....Its now Thursday .
I have been phoning everyday, and getting different story; waiting for feedback from the account department or technical issue. No one knows what is the real issue.
poor customer service .
