Payout issues again
New month, same issue with loan payments not happening. Loan was approved on Friday 6 September and money transferred to Getbucks wallet the same day. Since then have been unable to payout to ewallet and the call centre has no idea when payments will happen. I had the same issue last month and numerous times before.
