Payout Delay due to problem..

App**** for a Loan on 3 June was approved on 4 June, no funds received as of yet.After numerous calls and online assistance chats i was informed that they had a banking problem...then it was a technical problem, then the system was not working not sure at all what the actual problem is..received an sms 6 June that pay outs take longer than usual if you have questions you can email ********** Sent an email response was:"Thank you for your email. We apologize for the delay but our system department is working tirelessly to get this issue resolved."I have been a client for 4 years and it is the first time which i have experienced such bad service.Not very satisfied at the moment as they are not able to inform us or update is on when the problem will be resolved....
