PAYOUT

I have been a loyal customer for more than a year and always made my payments on time, since the start of this year I have only had a bad experience with them i app**** for a loan on Friday 2nd of August and was approved quickly like always when it comes to payout..I have been in contact with the live support which is horrible to be honest the agents there either ignore your questions on just give you an blanket statement of "Thank you for holding! I am sincerely sorry for the delay in payment on your loan. the finance department managed disbursed applications approved 1 Aug 2019 from 13h30 to 15h00 paid. We will commence with payment as soon as possible." but nothing gets done this is really bad service guys. You where so good but its seems that service from this company just went downhill..
