Payments

After now reading all the reviews, I wish I checked this first before applying for an emergency loan. My application was approved on the 22nd and was told that it will be paid by Friday. Still nothing. First there's a delay in payments, then there's a delay in manual payments, then there's a technical issue with manual payments, then the issue is resolved and payments will be made by tomorrow (Sunday) or next week. Different story every time. Also having to get back to them when Finance is in office. ***!! Service at its worst! What part of emergency loan is unclear? But I'm sure that when it comes to debiting our accounts, this will be on time and there will be no tech issues... Annoying!! I could have rather gone with another company.
