Payment to bank accounts not prioritizes, Only debit orders are prioritized.
I dont think Getbucks is taking the payment issue seriously. Its been going on for months now. They seem to ALWAYS have a delay in making payments into bank accounts. I doubt its about to be resolved anytime soon. You would think they would focus on sorting it out quickly but No they just wanna focus on getting loans approved but when it comes to payments to accounts its a problem. They also never have a problem with debiting an account month end.
Please find below emails i sent to them:

Good Day
I trust you all are okay.

Good Day
I trust youre all well.
I have been doing business with get bucks for a while now.
Ive realised that in past few months Getbucks ALWAYS have a payout problem.
Following up doesn't really help because its always the same copy and paste message.
Then it goes to the point where we get told that if we are not happy they can cancel the application. Which is mean.
Yesterday i was told i would receive the payment today, today i am told that the will be en enquiry with the payment department to check 'IF THEY WILL MAKE A PAYMENT TODAY' meaning it might not be today.
This has happened a couple of times now.
I dont wanna lie i never believe it anymore when im told when i will receive payment because it can be 5 days from today like it happend before.
This is really frustrating because you would think a payment issue would be resolved permanently but when it goes on for a few months, it becomes a big issue.
Please advise on the resolution of my call.
Kind Regards Wilson Modike
