payment on Monday not yet reflecting

I would to say i am very dissapointed with getbucks, i was actually satisfied with the service i was getting, until now, on monday i paid my loan that was suppose to be debited on the 25 of this month, but i decided to settle early i view a statement and it showed how much i was suppose to pay and to which bank account an the reference number, and yesterday i email the proof of payment and until today i see that the payment is not yet reflecting. this is my first time making a payment, using EFT, and i am getting really worried,
