Payment deducted a few days before my Pay Day

I contacted Getbucks to find out if I can change my debit orders to my pay date. I was told to email through a copy of my pay slip and request the changes. I got no response and my payments were few days late as they came off just before pay day. Now I see that I am unable to apply for further credit?This is the first time my payment was late only by a few days. I always pay on time and have been a loyal customer.
