Payday loans to be covered by your insurance

Hello,<br> <br> I have been trying to finalise this matter since Sept 2014. I was retrenched on 30/9/2014, and have I think 3 separate loans with you. I emailed to inform you about my situation, and was that there are insurance on these loans (credit insurance). This was confirmed by Charlize Smith. I have the email to proof it.She confirmed this on 29/9/2014. On 21/10/2014 she emailed me again to say that the insurance hasn't been finalised yet. I have proof of this email too. She asked me to email my retrenchment letter, which I did. <br> <br> I am still being harassed by Get Bucks. My employment status hasn't changed.<br> <br> I want this matter to be finalised, and my loans paid up by your insurance.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Gary
