pathetic service from getbucks

loans are there so when u have a financial situation where funds are needed u apply for them at a company of your choice and who also is eager to assist u and when they approve you (it help and is a re leave ) but the problem with GETBUCKS is they take days and days to approve you after asking 20 times for supporting documentation , whereby they don't call u when something is needed documentation wise , they wait for u to call them , when u do , and all documents have been send 5 times over and over ,, they FINALLY approve u ... then the shocker of there poor service comes forward , where they take days and weeks to pay out , THE COMMON SENTENCE THEY LOVE SO MUCH IS ,, backlog every day of funds to load , or system is offline , manual entries have to be made , we need to be patient .. THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS now , pathetic service from get bucks . unhelpful staff , unfriendly and always busy chatting away in the back ground then rather helping the customers , and resolving the issues ...
