Pathetic service and lies
I settled my loan with Smartadvance and they even provided me with paidup letter but till today my credit report says i owe them, i called experian and transunion several times and they kept on saying smartadvance should send them request to update it, they told me that should i settle my account they will update my report but they keeps on saying i owe them and i dont.
