PATHETIC SERVICE AND DUMB LANDLINE QUEUE

Very unhappy, it's the second time i apply for a loan with then and they don't bother to inform me whether its approved or not. I keep getting these lame sms's that say its being processed i must be patient. Worse of all, when you call them you'll wait in a waiting line for 10minutes and only to get your call dropped when you're first in line. So pathetic seriously.
