Pathetic service

I have a loan with Getbucks with I have by default as my employer had a contract with Komo Finance. No communication or whatsoever about the changes. The only thing I was made aware of was that instead of paying R930 the monthly installment was going to be R1300. I have never received the documents to signed or contract. With SA credit act in place how do bypass such important document that consumers need to sign? the date for deduction is the 23rd but last month because I had money in my account they deducted earlier without my permission. Whats ****ing me off now is that theres R89 you keep on deducting messing with my account. I have never seen such ****** in my life. please stop invading my account and messing me up. Someone please urgently provide feedback
