Pathetic service

Pathetic service - they don't follow up on requests, the don't make payouts, they promise to escalate your issues but nothing happens, no feedback to explain the progress , they promise to release funds with the finance department but nothing - it's been over 8 days and I have to constantly contact them to get feedback. Getbucks must decide whether they want to continue with their services or just simply close down. Because this is really pathetic!!!!!
