Pathetic service

Loan approved on 9 Oct (Tuesday) - today (Friday) still no funds in my account. Management stays in meetings and consultants don't know what to tell their clients anymore. And the same freaking auto-response!!

I have just chatted to a consultant which in turn advised that they will know by this afternoon what is going on. But for pete's sake it IS afternoon :(
