My son has been complaining about getbucks on hellopeter and by the online chat and no one can help him so i decided we will go to the OMBUDSMAN my son took a loan out friday of R 1000.00 and now his in arrears how the **** can that be possible the lady promised it will be corrected and now Getbucks keep debiting his account and Absa charges R 138.00 for unpaid debit orders so we will write our complaint at the ombudsman rather
