Pathetic service

Pathethtic service all round.. 1stly it took 5 days from my 1st call to them to get my loan approved. Ive heard excuses that they have not received my document etc. Once my loan was approved i was told i will get my money by tuesday. Today when i spoke a consultant all they can do is say that they are escalating my problem and due to payouts been made manually they only released payment for the 31st. Which means i have to wait another week I have requested to speak to a manager on numberous occasions i even sent a mail yet by the close of business i had no response from a manager. This is the most frustrating loan provider in its industry. This same excuse was used from last year. I remember a time that getbucks weren't this bad and frustrating its getting worst.
