Pathetic *****

I app**** for a loan more than a week ago. To date it still has not been paid out. Excuses keep changing and no one willing to help. Meanwhile I cannot try anywhere else as this is now on my credit profile. I am being charged interest for money I haven't received. If your business does not have the money to make loans, rather tell a person. Waiting more than a week for something that was urgent and promised to be done in an hour is absolute bull****. On Monday I was told pagoda were being done manually but today weekend I asked if they could do it manually I was told that was not possible. Do they train their staff to lie because if they do they're not doing a very good job. Useless, no less than useless!!!
