Pathetic Getbucks
Once again I did a wallet payment on the 29th of October and today the 9th of November no funds has been received. I have tried several times to make use of the live chat service but no answer and when calling in you get eventually the automated voice saying your call is now first in line then suddenly again you are caller number after 15minutes on the phone. But I received my statement today saying that I must pay the loan come payday after funds not received. Pathetic Getbucks PATHETIC! ONCE AGAIN YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT. YOU'RE LOAN CONTRACT STATES THAT IF THE FUNDS ARE NOT PAID AFTER 5 DAYS THE LOAN AGREEMENT IS NULL AND VOID!!

I have made a wallet payment on the 29th of October and no funds has been received. I am not interested in your lies about severs etc! You are in breach of the loan agreement as for the funds have not been paid in 5days, therefore as per the agreement it is null and void. Yet you email a statement stating you will debit my account and you never fail to debit. I've got news for Getbucks and all of your pathetic staff including Michelle, you won't get any installment from me if I do get the funds before 3pm today. I will go to court with this matter. I do not understand why you still provide a service if you know you actually can't provide it. PATHETIC
