Pathetic, empty promises

The reason someone uses your services, is usually because there is an urgent need for it. My loan was approved on Friday 11/09/2015 already, on approval I was told it would be paid the same day. Nothing. On Saturday I was promised it would be paid in. A portion was then after numerous enquiries paid via e-wallet with a promise the balance will be paid on Monday. Monday came and went again with promises that it will be paid on the same day. Today is Tuesday, 5 days later and I have still not been fully paid. I have been the one making constant contact, and no one from your side even attempted to keep me updated. This really is pathetic client service. Can someone actually make a promise and DELIVER on it. Number one rule of customer service, never over promise.
