Paid up loans debiting again almost 2yrs later

Good Day<br> <br> I took out loans with Getbucks in 2013. One was paid up and the other two will admit went into arrears although I tried to pay what I would. Eventually I managed to pay both outstanding laons off as per their smses from the collections department. I was happy and both loans from my knowledge were paid up until I received an sms telling me the two debit orders were to be deducted and they went off without my approval. I am not a happy client at all as this caused my debit orders to lapse and for what? Loans that I paid in full in 2013? If the loans were not paid up why have I never ever received any type of correspondence from your side to say I am still owing? Getbucks is taking chances I want my money back and I want this debit order deleted!!!
