Paid up loan in good standing in May but still showing balance on Transunion as if unpaid

Hello Peter,

I had a loan with Getbucks which I paid earlier in May 2017.

Since then, I have sent back to back emails asking them to update my credit report accurately and not showing a balance as it does now. I have since even on more than 4 occasions emailed Getbucks for a "paid up letter" so that I can log my own dispute with Transunion and in all 4 occasions I have been told I will get the letter in 20 min and it is August now and the loan is still showing a balance on Transunion after I just pulled my record a minute ago.

It is financial institutions like these that make it hard for consumers to live a full balanced life and when they try to pay on time they are given this kind of thank you in return...a decrease of your credit score just because someone unqualified is in the job of updating reports.

I need this done ASAP or I will have to move the matter further. I do not think I need to remind a company like Getbucks of the provisions of the NCA and regulations thereof.

I give Getbucks 7 days to update this properly!!!!
