Paid off accounts still showing as active

3 of my accounts have been paid off in March as per the contracts & yet your system shows them as active. Why? I spoke to one of your agents on the 31 March who told me that she's escalating my query to collections as she doesn't understand what is wrong. I was assured a response before the end of the day but I was never called.
