Paid letters and no update on credit profile

I contacted Getbucks this morning for paid up letters on 4 accounts. The consultant advised me that the letters were sent when we completed the call. After 15 minutes I got only one paid up letter. I called Getbucks again - after speaking to the same consultant I was told the Getbucks system can only send one paid up letter every 15 minutes and I should give it another hour. What kind of a system is this? I am still waiting for the paid up letters. If Getbucks updated my credit report like i requested last month this would not be necessary. Can someone at Getbucks please send me the paid up letters asap or statements for the accounts . Getbucks is quick to debit your account very month but then they don't update your credit profile.
