Overall bad service and poor service delivery

Hi there, I recently made a number of short term loans from Getbucks to make my studies a bit easier on my cash flow and all of the loans went south, I didn't wait for the loan term to end and settled most of my loans beforehand. Huge fault on my side, their system is very poorly designed and doesn't auto correct how your account is handled. I settled the last loan a month before and shortly after I receive a mail that my trust level went up for handling my account so well. The next minute I get a notification that a debit order was not paid???? I mean I settled the loan last month, so what's going on? I contacted the help desk numerous times to correct the mistake and then my trust level went all south real fast and now I'm on high risk? After sending mails to support and speaking with them on the phone NO SERVICE is being received. I do not want them to correct my trust level anymore I want my account deleted. I will never lend money from them again! I gave them 2 months to sort this out. And people should know how Getbucks are treating their customers.
