Outstanding amount was settled and system not upda

21 January 2015 my settlement proposal was accepted, funds was paid over via EFT. <br> 20 October 2015 I do a credit check and GetBucks is reflecting on my credit report as negative, after investigation I was told that I'm left with an outstanding amount (this is the difference between actual outstanding and excepted settlement amount) and this is reflecting negatively. For 10 months their system is not updated or check and for 10 months I never received a \closing of account"-Letter or any type of correspondence from the provider. I had no idea I'm due with an outstanding amount after my account was settled in January 2015. For 10 months I am under the impression that I am holding a clean credit record and can go ahead with my plans to purchase property"
