Only lipservice

I have lodged a complaint about Getbucks last week on Hellopeter after which Getbucks promised me to rectify the situation. However, my attorney phoned Transunion this morning only to find out that they have failed to update my credit information. I can only assume that the promises they make is only lip service and nothing else. Although my attorney has been trying to explain to them to answer on the Transunion reference number TU ********** 6-000232-01, for the Getbucks account number 391207, they do not respond to our phone calls or emails and I am now really fed up with their nonsense! Terrible customer service. People out there be warned!! If you cross paths with them your credit record will never be updated!!
