Online System Broken

<p>I have tried on to apply for a loan. The following process was followed:<br />1. Logon Online<br />2. Get a Trust amount (also note that credit score falls by 6 points)</p> <p>3. Submit documents (painful process)</p> <p>4. Start getting SMS's - submit documents - Do this - credit score falls - documents disappear - another SMS - loop again<br />5. Chat to Kyle on line - now suddenly trust falls to R1.5k - he says it is the systems fault - which is a load of hog wash because systems only do what humans tell them to do.</p> <p>6. Answer from Kyle: "please refrain from being vulgar" on chat <br />7. If this is the type of service - then I do not want it - but thanks anyway for messing everything up for me !! </p>
