One week later and still waiting for a refund

It has been almost a week since I requested a refund from Getbucks but I am still waiting to be refunded.I send an email to Michelle Janse van Rensburg asking when am I going to be paid but I got no reply and to be honest, I am not interested in a reply..I Just want my money back because I want to use it.
