Old loans still listed with Transunion with balances

I use getbucks often and generally get very good service but I checked my transunion account today my first loans taken in April 2017 is still listed with balances and they where paid up over 3 months ago, The next loan taken in May and paid is shows as paid up but the old ones doesnt ? This is affecting my affordability can someone please ensure transunion is notified that those have been paid up months ago ?

It currently shoes that I have 6 loans with Getbucks and I dont ?
