Now What Getbucks?

<p> I have used Getbucks before with no issues. The call centre is very friendly and the help was professional and most importantly FAST. This time round I have app**** for a loan, got a call from an agent and recieved an sms a few minutes later stating the loan has been approved. This was last week. The account shows active but still no funds in my account. I spoke to them yesterday and was told that they have a technical difficulty but the money will be in by the afternoon. This morning, still nothing in my account, and once again get told by them that it will still be sorted out this morning. Now it is 15:00 in the afternoon and still nothing. So much for 31min payouts. What happened to the speedy service you used to deliver? Did that suddenly disappear? Very annoyed and very disappointed.....</p>
