NOT UPDATING TRANSUNION AS PAID UP

I have always used the services of GETBUCKS when I am in need, I however checked my credit report recently and to my dismay it states I still have 4 loans with GETBUCKS which all have outstanding balances. You are affecting my ability to gain credit, I am now unable to get vehicle finance due to affordability. Please update ITC records as being paid up as it is unacceptable. Those loans were paid back in full, and not a day late, so please do me the courtesy of updating my ITC records.
