Not updateing Transunion and getting low score

I mailed Getbucks on 6 March'15 after getting ITC report and my car finance getting declined due to affordability.<br> <br> There is 2 amounts from Aug'14 and Nov'14 total of R4902 still showing as installments. This was paid.<br> They rep**** on 10 March'15 hole story sorry and they will fix it within 7 days. Got letter to say is paid.<br> <br> App**** again this week just to hear from bank that amounts still showing and can't give finance. This is unacceptable as I lost now more money due to trade in on current car and will lose car I want to buy. Spend lots of time getting the right car just to hear that Getbucks F^&^$& it up again.<br> <br> Hope they will give now car loan at same rate and period as bank as they stuff everything up.<br> They charge this high charges and interest and can't do there jobs. NCR will also be informed. As this is unacceptable and influence my ITC score and affordability.
