Not happy client

Getbucks was always great, I truly were happy, in November I changed by banking details, I send them A MAIL ON THE 05/11 well in advance before my next debit order, which they only updated after the 15/12, so my debit order came back, I mailed them and called them, asking for the money behind to be debited by the 19/12 or else supply me banking details, which never happened, now I am in despite need of funds as my son was admitted to hospital, and I have no medical aid and I have no where else to turn, and they cannot help me, this was not an error from my side, I even said they can deduct the lost amount this month, I have had no reply or assiatance, and I do not know which other way to turn now. was very happy with them, now I am not so sure any more
