not debiting

I've been having problems with get bucks I don't know perhaps that's how they make their money by adding areas on top of what u owing. get bucks was supposed to deduct my account on the 25th of April 2015 but they failed to do so I've called them several times and their respond was\will call u back"and still they failed to call me back"
